RE: Nomi Technologies, Inc.—Consent Agreement; File No. 1323251
On May 22, the Chamber submitted comments to FTC requesting that it vacate the proposed consent order with Nomi Technologies for alleged violations of Section 5’s prohibition against deceptive trade practices. The Chamber instead recommends FTC establish a framework for small business start-ups with a clean record to, within a reasonable timeframe, correct mistakes and comply with law.
